We are a very small website business and found that Stamps.com worked well for our needs. The staff is highly trained, very polite and professional. They do not care that I am a small business. I feel I am treated the same as other larger clients. I would recommend them to anyone that needs a quick, convenient Postal option.

I love the way Stamps.com integrates with 3D cart for my orders and the ability to easily print shipping labels. The only downside is many of our orders consist of large packages that cannot be shipped via USPS so I have many orders I cannot figure out how to get rid of them in Stamps.com

Although there are a few issues, this is still the best shipping application I've found.

The Stamps.com/3dcart implementation significantly speeds up the time needed to produce mailing labels. And it automatically changes the order status to "shipped" and adds the tracking info to the order. I've only had a couple of little issues where the service was failing to update orders after shipping, but that may have been related to a 3dcart update, and the issue was resolved quickly.

It's a love / hate thing for this app. The worst thing about it though is it is VERY frustrating that it takes forever for Stamps.Com to update with my newest orders. If I have already imported my batch of orders and get more orders after this import, it is several hours before I can import again with the most current orders that have been placed since the last import. This forces me to take time out of a very busy day to type in the address info instead of print and go. Another frustrating thing is, if a customer started an order on my website days or weeks ago and the order comes in several days or weeks later it will NOT import that order and I am only guessing, but I think it is because it has already imported orders from that day. Sort of have to blame 3dCart for this because I feel if a customer places an order on the 10th but started it on the 1st why in the heck would it get dated for the 1st. HATE that part. I do believe somewhere in the admin it does have a second date as well that tells the date the order was actually submitted. I have no idea why it is beneficial to have the date that someone started working on adding things to their cart. However, I still think Stamps.Com should bring in an order that is new regardless of the date. You guys need to work together to better this issue. Lastly, Stamps.Com used to automatically change the postage to 1st class or Priority, whatever it was my customer had chosen and paid for. Now, I have to look at the invoice and change it manually. It has resulted in many last minute refunds to redo postage because I am on a roll and realized OMG, that should have been Priority not 1st Class. I am sure there is a way to resolve this but I have been on the phone 2x with Stamps.Com to fix this issue and they can't seem to do it. I don't have time to sit on the phone trying to fix this so I simply have to type it out manually. These are the 3 things that would make a big difference to my world when it comes to using this app.
